DALSATCOM, Ltd. was established on December 23, 1999 (Registration Certificate No. 406 issued by the Sakhalin Region Administration).
Being the multi-purpose licensed telecommunications operator, DalSatCom provides its customers with the full package of telecommunication services ranging from the traditional telephony, high-speed Internet access, leased communication link circuits to the integrated telecommunication solutions including development, design, deployment of telecommunication infrastructure, supply and installation of the equipment, obtaining of the permission and approval documents and further technical maintenance and support of the implemented projects.
